I specialize in working with people who are experiencing life transitions, such as starting or ending a relationship, marriage, divorce, relocation, parenting, school or career, loss of a loved one, aging, and existential anxiety. Even though transitions are a natural part of life, transitions can be stressful and challenging because it means we need to make changes in how we are living our life now. A major life transition closes one chapter of our life and will force us to start a new one. Going in a direction we have not gone before can bring up feelings of fear, doubt, and uncertainty. Together we will work to understand your inner world in order to overcome the obstacles which are interfering with your quality of life. My goal is for you to experience more clarity and confidence as you navigate the transition. With every life transition, we need to let go of a past way of thinking or being and replace it with something new. Going through the process of taking stock of your life can often lead you to a new beginning which opens up new possibilities not thought possible before.
