I am a telehealth providing offering therapy services to ages 16+ for a variety of issues in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment.

Hello! My name is Mandi and I have been practicing therapy since 2019 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and have social work experience in private practice, community mental health, inpatient behavioral health, and social services settings. I earned my B.A. in Psychology at NC State (Go Pack!) and my MSW at Florida State University. I generally work with individuals 16 and older who may be experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and more. In my practice I strive to create an accepting, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and honest about their thoughts and feelings. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which emphasizes the uniqueness and potential of each client as a capable person in their mental health journey. I utilize other modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, etc. as needed and appropriate to each client's situation. I would describe my therapeutic style as somewhat casual in that I strive to create a safe, comfortable space while building a collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients.
