While getting to her know her clients she will draw on evidenced based therapies and interventions from multiple areas such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Care, Strengths Based / Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Interventions.
