I welcome all clients. I am present with empathy to support growth and personal evolution, to find new ways to approach and cope with issues.

I enjoy working with a broad cross section of individuals including adults, adolescents, veterans and their family members (and am in network). I work with understanding and compassion for the human condition and the challenges that are part of our human life. Depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationships, family issues, and trauma are areas that I am comfortable working with. My orientation is transpersonal/humanistic but use CBT and psychodynamic approach as needed or appropriate
