I am passionate about working with BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ folks to help them find how to "say yes to life."

Hey there! I'm Linda Ruvalcaba (she/her/ella), a proud Chicana Queer cis-woman on a mission to help you thrive. I am passionate about empowering clients to work through barriers, process through the impacts of systemic oppression, live authentically, and chase their dreams with gusto. I specialize in working with community leaders, activists, and first-gen folks, as well as love working with QTBIPOC young adults. My approach is abundance-oriented, compassionate, and designed to help you start where you are—discovering your inner joy and meaning in life by identifying the changes you wish to see. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, which are helpful to process past trauma and rewrite the stories you tell yourself. I utilize an Existential Analytic framework, focusing on how to help you to create a meaningful life even when dealing with current difficulty. As our work together progresses, you should expect to gain a better understanding of your feelings, a greater sense of confidence and self-trust, and move with more grounded mindfulness.
