I work with all culturally diverse backgrounds and provide a safe space for all my clients. I specialize in treating trauma. You are welcome here :)

I am passionate about supporting others’ healing, growth, and development. By creating a safe environment conducive for self-reflecting and self exploration, with the guidance of a counselor providing unconditional positive regard and acceptance, one can reach the hidden parts of oneself, thus allowing for healing, change, and growth. Ultimately progressing towards self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love. I work with adolescents, young adults, older adults and families to improve communications and strengthen relationships. I help people heal from trauma and PTSD. Trauma can happen at any stage of life, often it happens during childhood leading to suffering in adulthood, which can look like depression, anxiety and other maladaptive symptoms. I am EMDR trained as well which is effective for treating and healing traumas of all kinds. Helping and supporting the healing of others is an honor and a privilege. I believe this work is sacred because we are taking this journey of discovery and healing together through mutual trust. The therapeutic process can be beautiful and enlightening, I look forward to taking this sacred journey with you.
