Lee Ann Weiler
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Trauma Professional, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I welcome all, regardless of identity, race, or ethnicity. Available days and evenings.
Women are known to take care of everyone but themselves. As I get older, as a woman, I forgot what it feels like to have a voice and take care of ME. I’ve been there and understand that feeling. I’ve learned to utilize a holistic approach, including levels of health including physical and mental health, and individualistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. This helps you learn how to put yourself first as an individual so you can still be there for others. I encourage openness to try new ideas and utilizing tools such as mindfulness to process through difficult situations.
