Leah Rabovsky
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Compassionate, trauma-informed therapist specializing in couples therapy, relationship issues, and emotional well-being.
Hi, I’m a therapist passionate about helping you foster growth, self-awareness, and the changes you want to see in your life. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone can heal and transform. I specialize in couples therapy and support those navigating relationship challenges like conflict resolution, dating, divorce, intimacy, and infidelity. I also work with individuals experiencing grief, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and more. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed. I know how deeply trauma can impact your mind and body, and I use this understanding to guide our work together. I am also passionate about Health at Every Size (HAES), creating a safe space free from societal shaming about body image. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, IFS, motivational interviewing, and somatic practices, and tailor the process to your needs. Whether you're a young adult, college student, or couple, I’m here to collaborate with you in a way that feels right. Let’s work together to create the life you deserve.
