I passionately believe that people should have access to evidence-based care that works for them.

I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in providing treatments that really work to children, adolescents, adults and their families. Although I work extensively with children and teens, I also love to work with college and graduate students and young adults who are struggling with academics challenges, adjustment difficulties, anxiety and depression. My goal is to find the treatment that's the best fit for your needs and tailor it to work for you. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients with a respectful, sensitive and affirming approach to your care.

I began my journey in 2007 as a Ph.D. graduate student at the University of Florida under the direct mentorship of Dr. Sheila Eyberg, the developer of PCIT. Parent-Child Interaction Therapy is an evidence-based treatment for acting out behaviors in children ages 2-7. I have implemented PCIT in multiple settings, including research, clinic-based, and now virtually in family's homes! I am certified to train clinicians in PCIT in Texas and I have helped over 250+ families with this intervention.
