Laurin is a Registered Dietitian who strives to support others throughout their journey to discovering a healthy relationship with food, movement, and their body. Practicing through an Intuitive Eating lens and use of a patient-centered approach, she aims guide and support clients to break free from food rules, enjoy foods without guilt, and live life to the fullest. Healthy means something different for everyone. Through 1:1 virtual counseling sessions, Laurin works with clients to discover personalized ways for clients to reach goals that fit each individual's unique needs. Going against what society is telling you is HARD. Having someone in your corner to advocate for you, support you, and challenge you, can ease the difficulty in breaking free from diet culture and making the changes that makes you truly happy and healthy!
