She helps with academic issues, identity exploration, and self-esteem, using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and relational and psychodynamic approaches. Her goal is to help patients develop healthier thought patterns and equip them with tools to build strong coping skills. Lauren believes that self-care is essential for promoting mindfulness and reducing stress. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, exploring new places, and reading.
