I'm LA, the principal therapist at Reconnect With You, PLLC and a subject matter expert in mental health. I AM a creative, champion of solitude, spiritual guide, and a storyteller. I am also trained, studied, and certified as a Sound Therapist and Mindfulness Meditation Guide. I work best with creatives, entrepreneurs, free spirits, and independent/free thinkers. I also work well with those who already have a commitment to their self-development, have a genuine desire for increased self-understanding already have some experience with and practices for improving their relationships with themselves but need more guidance. My work with you would entail holding space for your honest self-reflection, compassionately sharing my observations as a way of helping you make connections with your patterns and behavior, and increasing both your self-awareness and self-acceptance. My hope and intention for our work together is that you learn new skills and practices to embark on your inner journey on your own when it is time for us to part ways.
