I love to support people from all walks of life looking to find ways to make their life better, more enjoyable, and more fulfilled.

I'm looking forward to connecting with you! I'm a big believer in giving you the skills and knowledge you need to make long-lasting changes that you want to see. Each person is unique with different needs and preferences, and we'll work together to find what works best for you. I like to share data and research about the “whys” for how things work, and I find that knowing why we experience and respond to things in certain ways can help put the puzzle pieces together. I will work collaboratively with you to help identify what your goals are and address any unexpected things that come up along the way. I have helped folks: process trauma while increasing their sense of safety, reduce anxiety and panic attacks, improve interactions with others, increase life satisfaction, improve self-esteem, improve overall mood, reduce substance use and self-harm, as well as increase emotional stability and the ability to manage distressing situations. I'll give you concrete tools and help you find a balance between accepting things that cannot be changed and changing things that can.
