My specialties include supporting the LGBTQ community, and helping clients heal from trauma and manage anxiety. My background spans case management with high-risk pregnant women, community health education, research on food insecurity, and now, compassionate therapy in private practice. I was inspired to become a therapist by meeting with one myself, after my father passed away when I was a young girl. I know first-hand how scary it can be to share your story, but trust me having an un-biased, non-judgmental, listening ear can go a long way.
