I am here to listen, partner with you, and offer support for you to overcome obstacles, meet your goals, and ultimately live your best life possible.

I know how hard it can be to reach out for help, but you don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, life changes, relationship struggles, trauma, or exploring your identity, I offer a calm, supportive space to grow. I work best with clients who are ready to show up, do the work, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels authentic and peaceful. My specialties include supporting the LGBTQ community, and helping clients heal from trauma and manage anxiety. My background spans case management with high-risk pregnant women, community health education, research on food insecurity, and now, compassionate therapy in private practice. I was inspired to become a therapist by meeting with one myself, after my father passed away when I was a young girl. I know first-hand how scary it can be to share your story, but trust me having an un-biased, non-judgmental, listening ear can go a long way. If you think we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out today!
