Katherine (Katie) Gilbertson

Hey! I’m Katie (she/her) a fat, queer, millennial therapist who is SO excited you’re here and ready to heal. We will work well together if you struggle to believe you are good enough and tend to be a sensitive being. You don’t know how to fully embrace your identities, body or relationship needs. You have consistent anxiety and a general sense of uncertainty. When we work together you’ll learn how to communicate clearly, set firm boundaries, build healthy relationships, manage anxiety, and gain a solid sense of self. My therapy is fully inclusive with a queer and fat-positive focus.
