I’m proud of you for taking the first steps to receiving support for your mental wellness; you deserve this.

I work with adult individuals to address a range of concerns such as parental stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, spirituality, life transitions, grief, and stress management. My particular passion lies in supporting those suffering from complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) and those aiming to break generational cycles and heal. I am LGBTQIA+-affirming and allied with the kink, polyamorous, and adult entertainment communities. My therapeutic approach is decolonized, liberating, and trauma-focused, aiming to heal emotional wounds. Employing a person-centered approach, I integrate CBT, ACT, and mindfulness tailored to individual needs. Additionally, I incorporate holistic, somatic, expressive, and Afro-spirituality elements into practice.
