Katie is a queer-identified therapist who provides in-person psychotherapy in Durham and virtually across North Carolina.

She offers a space where you can show up just as you are to discover and practice ways to feel better, invite more ease, and process hard things. She sees therapy like a collaborative road trip where you are the driver. You determine the destination, how fast you are getting there, and when you need to slow down or speed up. She is the experienced guide in the passenger seat, equipped with maps offering new perspectives, side roads, options, and supportive guidance when the way is unsure, or the nights are dark. Navigating our changing lives and world can be overwhelming, but you do not have to go through it alone. Together we can work to process difficult experiences, establish helpful routines, take care of ourselves and others, and be more at ease with the life we are living. Reaching out for help can be hard and I am glad you are here. I invite you to set up free consultation call with me today to learn more about how we can work together.
