Welcome! Thank you for being here! Often times, life can become entangled with painful events, memories, relationship breakdowns and emotional turmoil; that taking a moment to seek help can feel overwhelming. For this reason, I thank you for taking the time to pause and reflect on your needs or the needs of your child (children). As a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, I work with individuals, couples, children and families. My goal is to bring connection and fulfillment to each person on your journey to healing. My approach is holistic. I see each person as an individual with a story. Whether a child is transitioning between homes due to the separation of their parents; a young adult is battling anxiety, or an adult has recently lost a loved one and suffering with grief – my goal is to meet each person where they are and supply the support needed. As a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst I see life through a variety of lenses. Therefore, I approach each story with an emotional and scientific focus. I naturally utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and Structural Family Therapy as I tend to see things through attachment needs as
