I’m looking forward to working with you. I have a variety of experiences in the mental health field, ranging from Intensive Outpatient, schools, and traditional individual therapy. I’m currently offering individual therapy, via telehealth, at my part-time private practice. I'm licensed in Ohio and Kentucky. I use a laid-back approach and want to help you feel comfortable in our work together, because I know asking for help can be awkward. I mainly use Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies to help patients learn to cope and reach their preferred goals.
