(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Psychotherapy with a non-judgemental therapist can help you develop self-awareness and start self-directed change. You can be who you want to be.
I became a therapist to help you get through struggle and, at the end, feel more resilient. It can be hard to be your authentic self when you do not feel grounded in who you are. Our work together can help you get there. I am the owner of a group practice with 3 other providers besides myself, who are also ready to help you realize your personal goals. Self Design was born out of a desire to help people who feel lost, find themselves again. Life’s challenges often cause us to disconnect from who we are and what is important to us. Our mission is to help you be your authentic self on your own and in relationships. Our focus is self-awareness and self-discovery, which leads to improved self-esteem and better judgment about what decisions are right for you. It is difficult to figure out next steps in life. Psychotherapy with a non-judgmental, down to earth therapist can help.
