I enjoy working with anxiety, depression, ADHD and with substance use issues. Taking the first step is challenging, you do not have to do this alone.

She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem issues, stress management, co-occurring disorders and autism spectrum disorders. Julia incorporates an eclectic approach to therapy using evidence-based approaches that fit the needs of each client. She typically draws from approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and grounding techniques. Julia believes the most important piece of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, and strives to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space to facilitate change. She will respect your beliefs, values and culture and can also incorporate faith and spirituality upon request. Julia is passionate about helping clients become empowered and autonomous by giving them the tools they need to reach their goals.
