Most people benefit from exploring their thoughts, feelings and goals - this is even more true when life causes you pain or distress. Therapy helps.

Life can be bumpy – relationships, work or school stress, illness, family conflict, issues around identity or sexuality, to name just a few things that can derail us or make things feel way too hard. I bring many years of experience to actively support you, and a belief in therapy, as well as the positive effect of warmth and humor. I work with adults of all ages, in varied circumstances, and believe that in good times and in rough ones, an examined life is key to the pursuit of happiness. I integrate a combination of approaches in a flexible and creative way to help people meet their goals. I bring a warm and collaborative approach to the therapeutic relationship in my efforts to help people develop insight, recognize strengths, heal, and change. I bill insurance for patients as an out of network provider.
