New clients welcome. Please know you will be treated with respect, confidentiality, and care. I look forward to meeting you.

A little about myself: I have been practicing for over 25 years as a psychiatric nurse and later as a licensed mental health counselor in a range of settings from a hospital to private practice. I enjoy working with teens, young adults and adults with a variety of needs, past trauma or everyday challenges. I use evidence based strategies with a focus on strengths, innate emotional needs and available resources to cope with life. I follow a Human Given framework which looks at your unique concerns. All backgrounds and identities are welcome as you move toward mental health and wellness.
