I'm skilled at providing in-depth mental health assessments/diagnostics to support clients in better understanding their challenges and I provide congruent coping strategies/treatment. I specialize in utilizing a trauma-informed approach with those recovering from acute and chronic trauma, addiction/alcoholism, and attachment issues.
