Jordan Gale

Hi my name is Jordan and I am a licensed therapist in Durham, NC who has experience working with both individual and couples. In the therapy room you can expect a welcoming environment where you will be validated and challenged to meet your goals. Sessions with me are a balance of discussing factors that contribute to the problem as well as learning applicable tools you can use outside of session to help more effectively manage the problem. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and specifically, those who are seeking to heal from difficult relationships and/or improve their current interpersonal relationships. As a therapist, I am passionate about my work and believe that all people are worthy and have the ability to change.
