Jessie Spraggins Rochford

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Other
Through creative art therapy, I provide a supportive and welcoming space to help you connect with and express your authentic self.
I have sixteen years of experience engaging university students in individual and group counseling and art therapy services. I've also worked with older adults, providing art therapy programs at a senior center and museums. I believe that we all deserve spaces where we feel supported, seen, heard, and valid in our experiences, and that art-making and creative self-expression offer the tools to help us find and empower our authentic selves. I have training and experience in working with anxiety disorders, adjustment, life transitions, body image concerns, disordered eating, and highly sensitive people. My approach to therapy to integrative, and I utilize a blend of mindfulness, existential, and humanistic techniques.
