I believe in meeting people where they are at, and trust that everyone is the expert of their own lived experiences.

I am looking forward to meeting you. I am a dedicated therapist specializing in creating supportive and transformative experiences for individuals, couples and families seeking growth and healing. My approach is grounded in strengths-based, trauma-informed, and evidence-based strategies, ensuring that our work together is both empowering and effective. Understanding that past experiences and trauma can significantly impact current well-being, I provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can feel heard and understood. My trauma-informed approach prioritizes your sense of safety, choice, and empowerment, ensuring that our work respects and addresses your individual experiences with sensitivity and care. I am trained in the use of EMDR, an evidence-based modality to work through trauma. My commitment is to support you in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and clarity, working collaboratively to achieve your goals. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.
