I believe in understanding someone for who they are as objectively as possible, with no judgment, to address your challenges together.

My approach to therapy is very down-to-earth and relatable. I connect as a person first and meet my clients where they are without judgment, therapeutic jargon, or a need to be an expert of your life and your experience. I rely heavily on relationship-building, active listening, reflection, and problem-solving, helping you look at your relationships, behaviors, and challenges in the larger context of your life. I will work with you to help you understand or appreciate the value that self-reflection and healing can bring to your life. We often dismiss our distress as a non-issue until the point where we can no longer ignore it. Allow me to help guide you on your path toward greater well-being.
