I am owner/founder of Amethyst Counseling, LLC. I am a National Board Certified Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist. I am genuine, honest, flexible, understanding, and non-judgmental. I am deeply passionate about my work and have a natural curiosity for understanding people. My practice is exclusively virtual and I serve adult individuals and relationships (couples and polycules) in Texas not just in big cities but those in rural counties who may have limited mental health resources. My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in open-mindedness, empathy, and respect for the diverse ways people experience and express love and connection. Many of my clients come to me with issues with confidence/self-esteem, depression, intimacy issues, sexual dysfunction, low libido, communication problems, trauma or abuse, sexual identity exploration, infidelity, kink/fetish/BDSM, sexual compulsivity, sex education, relationship enhancement, and/or preparation for major life changes. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations you can book directly on my website in order to delve deeper into your concerns or for you and I to gauge our compatibility.
