I help young adults (ages 17-24) overcome anxiety, depression, loneliness, and other challenges they may face during this unique stage in life.

My approach is designed to help you overcome the unique challenges your generation faces. Traditional therapy can be great for helping people sort out their emotional issues, but young adults need more than that to gain true independence and fulfillment. We will start by working on the presenting problems—the ones that impact your daily life in obvious ways. These are the problems that make you realize that you need help in the first place. These must come first, as they often stand in the way of solving deeper problems and setting positive goals. But alleviating these symptoms is only the first part of the process. As your symptoms begin to subside, we will move on to forming a game plan for a better life. What do you want this stage of your life to look like? What would you like to improve about yourself? What would you like to change? The goal isn’t just to help you feel okay or “survive” your days. The goal is to make it possible for you to thrive.
