Jennifer Livingstone
(She/Her/Hers)
Independent Substance Abuse Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Together, we'll be able to heal the root cause of your painful feelings and behaviors so life becomes enjoyable again.
I have been in practice for 13 years, and welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. I have experience treating many concerns including depression, anxiety disorders (such as Panic and OCD), grief/loss, substance use, relationship issues, nicotine/tobacco use, workplace stress, and families who are impacted by addiction. My approach relies on methods from Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. My approach helps people see possibilities beyond the painful or difficult aspects of ourselves, others, and our world. I help you connect to your innate wisdom and core self, so that profound and long-lasting healing occurs. Life becomes more about choices and values, instead of automatic reactions. Internal transformation leads to lasting positive change.
