I offer a trauma-focused and strengths-based approach and have experience working with people of all ages. I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and have specialized training in Somatic Experiencing® and Play Therapy. My style is warm and affirming and I use gentle mind-body techniques to help my clients process and resolve trauma, chronic anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, as well as the stressors of normal daily life. I am affirming of all persons, regardless of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Accepts new patients after hospitalization for

- Severe emotional stress or trauma
Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
