I help individuals identify their mental health needs and make progress in the ways that are most important to them.

I understand that finding balance and moving toward wellness is no easy feat; however, I believe that we all have the potential to do so. Whatever you are struggling with - I will meet you with compassion and understanding. I am passionate about working with college students as they navigate the unique landscape of meeting academic demands whilst addressing various mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and perfectionism. My hope is to help you address your concerns and engage more fully in what brings you joy. I use evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while integrating other relevant techniques to provide individualized care. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to amplify the skills you already have and to help you develop in the ways that are most meaningful to you. I am dedicated to creating an environment filled with mutual trust and warmth. With this foundation, I aim to promote self-reflection and empower you to grow. Whenever you are ready, we can begin to lay the groundwork for an enriching experience.
