I am a specialist in emotional regulation. couples and family therapy, and trauma recovery. My approach focuses on emotions and corrective experiences.

For over 20 years, I have helped adult couples, families and individuals increase respect, intimacy and trust their relationships, and helped people heal from past traumas and their outcomes (i.e. depression, anxiety disorders, addictive disorders) along the way. I have earned competency-based post graduate certifications in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and AEDP, which provide helpful guidance in therapy, but I always privilege my clients' strengths, healing and growth while facilitating and focusing on the corrective experiences present in the therapeutic relationship. I focus on how we work together towards your goals, creating and maintaining an authentic helping relationship, and working through problematic internal and interpersonal emotional patterns left from past adaptations that may no longer be needed. If you want to connect, please reach out with any questions you might have. I would be honored to support your healing and growth.
