We provide individual therapy for adults across the gender spectrum who identify as LGBTQIA2S+ and allies.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a gentle and compassionate approach. Through my clinical training, I have worked with individuals from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds, have been members of the LGBTQIA+ community, veterans, and neurodiverse, with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, personality disorders, Bi-Polar II, Psychosis, and more. In therapy, I integrate cognitive–behavioral, dialectical–behavioral, EMDR, and mindfulness-based therapies. I am a strength-based, client-centered, and helps you move from a state of surviving to thriving.
