Jacob Miller

I'm passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families of all types and backgrounds. I aim to provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for my clients to engage in self-exploration and self-discovery. I believe in utilizing a client-led approach to support clients in their journey to achieving their personal goals and a greater sense of inner peace. As a former certified personal trainer, I view health from a holistic perspective considering mental, physical, and spiritual factors that influence my clients' well-being. I'm dedicated to continuous learning and development as a therapist through reading books, participating in workshops, attending therapy myself, and by seeking consultation from other experienced clinicians. When I'm not providing therapy services, I enjoy going to the gym, playing slow-pitch softball and other recreational sports, reading, watching football, and spending time with my family and friends.
