Izabella Lidrbauch
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Trauma-informed, creative therapy for anxiety, burnout, and healing—your story matters and your voice is welcome.
I believe healing happens through connection, creativity, and self-expression, and I’m here to support you on that journey. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in many different settings—schools, inpatient and outpatient care, and residential programs—and one thing I know for sure is that everyone’s healing journey is unique. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just looking for a space to process life’s challenges, I’m here to support you. Together, we can explore your emotions, build coping skills, and help you reconnect with your own creativity and resilience. As a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I use a mix of music therapy, expressive arts, and talk therapy to help you navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels true to you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed—this is your space to be seen, heard, and supported.
