My calling is to help women who are facing challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships, lead more empowering and fulfilling lives.

My calling is to help women and teenage girls (15+) who are facing challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and relationships, so they can live more fulfilling lives. You often feel like you're not good enough? Maybe you find yourself constantly seeking validation from others to feel okay about yourself. Perhaps you're feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure about what steps to take next. If this resonates with you, and you're ready to address these issues, I'm here to support you. In our session, we'll work together to help you feel relief, peaceful and gain clarity in your life's direction. With a trauma-informed lens, I guide you to develop a healthier sense of self, and healthier relational patterns. My style is gentle and collaborative, I’ll provide tools and coping skills to help you cultivate self-compassion and improve communication, empowering you to break free from limiting patterns and feel secure in yourself and relationships.
