Hannah Lee
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
I love building relationships with clients, and helping you discover the patterns, past experiences, and circumstances that shape your life today.
I believe that everyone brings strengths and skills to their healing journey and I use a trauma-informed approach, which means creating safety and autonomy in session so that you can build trust in yourself. I believe that everyone brings strengths and skills to their healing journey, and that taking time to care for yourself and heal can be a radical, transformative act. My approach to therapy is based in building a relationship with you, and I incorporate a mindfulness and body awareness-based approach. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults facing a wide range of issues, and some of my specialties include parenting and caregiving; the first generation college experience; and racial identity. I know that it takes courage and persistence to reach out for support, and I'm honored and excited to collaborate with clients as they navigate life.
