Hannah Graham
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
I aim to provide compassionate and empathetic care. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and your lived experience am here to walk alongside you.
I have a person-centered, strengths-based and trauma informed approach to therapy. I like to incorporate mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), talk therapy, and motivational interviewing in my clinical practice, while building upon your strengths. All are welcome and safe in this space. I look forward to working with clients on boundary setting, attachment, symptoms of depression and anxiety, adjustment to life changes, mindfulness, managing life stressors, and academic stressors. I am excited to be working with older adolescents and young adults!
