(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Hi there! I help people with eating, mood, and relational concerns create the life they desire.
I recognize how much effort it can take just to consider therapy, so I’m glad you’re here. If you are looking for someone who is interested in your experience of the world and invested in building a relationship to help you achieve your goals, you have come to the right place. My therapy approach has been described as empowering, authentic, and dynamic. I value the mind-body connection, building distress tolerance, and deepening our understanding of ourselves. I use a combination of parts work, DBT techniques, motivational interviewing, and knowledge of the nervous system to help provide the best care for each individual person. We may be a good fit if this is your first time in therapy, or if you are looking to heal your relationship with food, your body, or your emotions. Together, we will create sessions that are tailored to fit your needs. I will encourage your joy and humor, note your strengths, and meet you in your vulnerability. I welcome any difficult moments or negative thoughts that you normally feel apprehensive to share. I value creating a space where we can have engaging conversations and you can show up as your truest self.
