My goal as a therapist is to support the people I work with in gaining greater insight into unhelpful patterns, develop and strengthen their coping skills, resolve trauma, and strengthen positive beliefs around their life purpose. My therapeutic style is highly collaborative, trauma-informed, and person centered. I employ a psychodynamic lens and utilize primarily Narrative therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques.
