During my sixteen-year career as a mental health professional, I have worked in private practice as well as in the public school setting, which together have given me the amazing opportunity to work with and learn from people from different backgrounds, cultures, and communities. Therapy can be the vehicle for healing the mind, connecting with our core spirit, and achieving personal growth and fulfillment.
