I provide counseling and psychological assessment to adults age 18 and up, and couples.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate who provides counseling services to adults, including EMDR therapy. I graduated from UNC Greensboro with a Bachelor of Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in American Sign Language. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from UNC-Chapel Hill. I have experience providing therapy services to adults and families in different settings including hospitals and nonprofit communities. I believe in a holistic approach that supports the whole person physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. I am passionate about assisting my clients in tackling their individual struggles as well as managing daily stressors. I enjoy working with adults of all gender identities, cultural background and sexual orientations. I provide therapy for people experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma/abuse/ptsd, eating disorders, and parenting difficulties. I utilize several therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interview (MI).
