I invite my clients to explore a variety of creative, holistic tools to learn new coping skills and take better care of themselves.
You're feeling overwhelmed and want a fresh start. Maybe you're suffering from past trauma, or adjusting to a new job, move, school, or relationship change that is much harder than expected. Whether your challenges are familiar or new, as a counselor, art therapist, and holistic health coach, I help my clients through major life transitions such as parenthood, adjusting to college, and career changes. I also enjoy supporting other helping professionals and caregivers to prioritize self-care. Along with talking things through, making art in a therapy session may help you process and understand complex emotions and experiences. We can also work on establishing a healthier lifestyle by improving your nutrition and physical activity to feel better inside and out. My approach is collaborative, with the understanding that you are the expert in your own life. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be present and share as much as you feel comfortable with, and support you to take care of yourself and create the life you want. Send me an email or call me with any questions you have about getting started.
