Emma Shore
(She/Her/Hers)
Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
I meet my clients wherever they're at in any walk of life, and work with them to improve relationships and personal identities.
Hi, I’m Emma! I’m passionate about meeting clients where they’re at and working together from there. As your therapist, I’ll collaborate with you to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to heal and build a life and relationships that are authentic to you. In my work I look at the many factors, both internal and external, that influence clients’ lives. I’ll get to know you and what you bring to therapy as an individual, while also considering the relationships, interactions, and larger systems that impact you. We’ll look at patterns or themes in your life that you might need support with. When change is made in one area, it can influence change across multiple situations and relationships. I customize my approach to fit the individual needs of each client. I especially enjoy incorporating elements of mindfulness, movement, creative expression, and nature into sessions, depending on your interests and comfort level. I primarily work with adult individuals and couples on topics including anxiety, depression, attachment, life transitions, trauma, and grief.
