Constantly anxious? You're in the right place. With the right support, you will find ways to feel better & manage anxiety & trauma effectively.

I've been told that I come off as relatable and that my therapeutic approach feels like a close and dependable partnership. My clients have described me as a very warm, attentive, gentle yet clear therapist. Many appreciate my sense of humor, which can incorporate some much needed comic relief into sessions. I truly know just how much anxiety, obsessive thinking & trauma can disrupt your quality of life. I have been there. With the right support and inner guidance, you can rediscover ways to manage anxiety & trauma effectively. Let's work together to navigate the unique roadblocks keeping you stuck. Before working in private practice, I worked in community mental health, focusing on substance abuse and adoption. My treatment approach is rooted in a strengths-based, person-centered perspective. I utilize therapeutic modalities founded in IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Processing, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
