Are you anxious or feeling stuck with unresolved stuff to work through? You've come to the right place! With the right tools, you can feel better!

So you're anxious or feeling stuck with unresolved stuff to work through. You've come to the right place! I understand firsthand how anxiety, obsessive thinking, and trauma can impact your quality of life. With the right guidance and tools, it’s possible to manage anxiety and trauma in a way that fosters real inner healing. I don't use a one-size-fits-all all approach. I want to learn about your story and find the emotional roadblocks keeping you stuck and forge a new path forward. My clients have described my approach as warm, attentive, and insightful. Many appreciate my sense of humor, which can incorporate some much-needed comic relief into sessions.Drawing on a decade of experience treating anxiety, I help clients explore and understand the patterns behind their feelings using a blend of tools and deeper inner work.
