Constantly anxious? You're in the right place. With the right support, you will find ways to feel better & manage anxiety & trauma effectively.

My clients have described me as a very warm, attentive, gentle yet clear therapist. Many appreciate my sense of humor, which can incorporate some much needed comic relief into sessions. I'm frequently told that I'm relatable and that my therapeutic approach feels like a close and dependable partnership. I truly know just how much anxiety, obsessive thinking & trauma can disrupt your quality of life. I have been there. With the right support and inner guidance, you can rediscover ways to manage anxiety & trauma effectively. Let's work together to navigate the unique roadblocks keeping you stuck. Before working in private practice, I worked in community mental health, focusing on substance abuse and adoption. My treatment approach is rooted in a strengths-based, person-centered perspective. I utilize therapeutic modalities founded in IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Processing, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
