Elizabeth (Liz) Seeburger
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I work with teens, young adults, women, and couples. I specialize in ADHD, trauma, anxiety, perinatal, fertility issues, and life transitions.
My mission is to meet individuals where they are, while assisting in finding peace and enjoyment in their life experience. As a parent and former teacher, I understand developmental stages and trials of the child and teen years from both the caregiver and the adolescent perspective. I believe that with a clear understanding of oneself, we can function with more agency and purpose. Life is full of challenges, big and small. My goal is to validate your experiences and support your journey towards finding your best self. My counseling approach focuses on determining the unique goals and next steps for each client, without judgment. Working collaboratively with clients and using research-based methods, I integrate CBT, EMDR, DBT, and other techniques. I provide strategies and tools that increase desired behaviors, while simultaneously helping navigate underlying issues. Congratulations on taking the first step towards a happier and healthier self. It takes courage and motivation to be here. When you are ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment so that we can determine if my services are an appropriate fit for your needs.
