Elizabeth Lansing
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
My goal is to help clients use & develop strengths & creativity to gain insight into difficult experiences, improve mood & improve relationships.
I offer private psychotherapy dedicated to helping individuals live vital and fulfilling lives, no matter what challenges life presents. I enjoy working with people with a wide range of issues within a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment. My focus is strengths-based -- I aim to help clients use and develop existing strengths and creativity to gain insight into difficult experiences and to further develop each individual's innate, creative problem-solving ability. My training is in contemporary psychoanalytic / psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also work consistently with principles from positive psychology.
