Elizabeth (Liz) DiNardo
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Welcome! If you are here, I can imagine you are struggling with something in your life. I am here to help you through that process !
I know it can be really anxiety provoking to reach out and start therapy. I’m glad you are here and I’m happy to help you walk through any struggle or issue you are going through. I’ve worked with a variety of clients that have experienced anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse/addiction, anger management, personality disorders, psychosis, trauma & abuse, stress management and relationship concerns. Therapy has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy helping clients gain insight and clarity into their lives. My job is to help guide you towards your goal and help you become aware of roadblocks that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential. My therapy approach is often direct, empathetic and utilizes humor at times. I primarily use a person-centered approach, focusing on your goals, and helping you grow through increasing awareness and insight into your concerns. I utilize components of psychodynamic therapy, trauma informed care, CBT, as well as mindfulness and other creative techniques.
